After you purchase an exam, the book(s) will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to your test. You will use your e-mail address and password to access a test. As you work on a test, you may save your answers and return as many times as you wish. The book usually arrives in 3-5 business days. If your time is short, add that you want "Overnight" or "2nd Day Air" in the "COMMENTS" box, and we will adjust your shipping.

You receive credit on the day you submit your answers for grading. An e-mail will be sent immediately with your grade. If you pass with 70% correct or higher, you will be asked to fill out a form with your contact information, registration number and evaluation questions.
