Our courses are open-book tests: you read the book and answer the questions. To receive credit, send a copy of your answers, the Certificate of Completion, and your evaluation to: Helm Publishing, P.O. Box 2105, Lake Dallas, TX 75065. You receive credit for the course on the day it is postmarked to Helm Publishing. Keep a copy of your work in case it is lost in the mail. We will send you a Certificate for your records and the correct answers. Please allow two weeks for processing.

At this time, the only courses that require a 70% passing grade are our online courses and Nutritional Care for High Risk Newborns.

The difference between the longer and shorter courses using the same book is depth and breadth--more questions with more detail.

Returns will be accepted for full refund if made within 30 days of the Invoice date and the product is in perfect resale condition.
