Feb 23, my Quaker book is now available! Limited quantities as I'll only be printing for a few months. Two new designs never published before and lots of OOP designs. Ten designs in all. :)

ALSO, I can NOT thank all of you enough for all your wonderful messages wishing me luck, letting me know how thrilled you are that these designs are back in print and just your general wonderful spirit! I love you all! Some of you may know and some don't, but I'm getting married to a very wonderful Belgian man. :-) AND to lay a nasty rumor to rest, I am NOT stopping designing...not sure how this rumor got started but I plan to continue designing in Europe. The books will no longer be available after I move, but that's the only thing. My website belows says that I haven't figured out how to do chart sales yet, but I will still be selling.

I am planning on having a new book for Nashville which will be all Quaker designs, including two never published before....BUT due to the fact that I'll be moving to Europe sometime between April and July, these will be a very limited quantity. After the move, I won't be publishing any more. This also goes for Volumes 1, 11 and 111.

I haven't figured out how I'll do chart sales yet, but may do them all electronically (e-mail downloads) after I move.

And...Early American Life Magazine just finished an article on our house restoration. I think it will be out a year from now (Feb 2011) but not positive about that. Will keep you posted, if it is published earlier.

My husband and I split up about a year and a half ago by mutual agreement and then last year in July, we lost our only child in a car accident. My vacation was sort of like a miracle...just a very, very good thing after a very, very rough year.

So, here it is, fall already, with St. Charles (and Halloween) just around the corner and I'm running around like a chicken with her head cut off, trying to get everything ready.

New designs, new book, new jewelry, new man (did I already mention that? LOL), same old best friend, Kathy, who has been my lifeline this year... So, I am getting a few new pieces of jewelry posted today. I'm obsessed with collaging (among too many other things) and have done some Halloween pieces for you. It's aggravating because the pictures just don't do them justice, but I've tried to make them as clear as possible.

Also, new initials. I found some of the CUTEST ones..I just love them and I hope you do, too. They're from two old decks of cards. Have one more deck that I haven't done yet which is just as cute...one of these days.. The new initials are in Fragments page 4.

I'll be posting more jewelry soon and also a sneak peek at my new designs in about a week.

Old OOPs that will be released at St Charles will be a Pennslyvania Christmas, With my Needle and possibly one more...not sure yet.
